Recruiting means signing a candidate into your guild. The regular candidates change each game week, and investment in the Scouting Corps improves your chances of finding recruits with high potential.
Open "Recruit" from "Base" and select a candidate to see the contract fee and wages. Use "Scout Focus" to shape next week’s regular candidates, or spend 15 shards on "Call again" to replace the current regular candidates.
Look for recruits if your front row needs protection or a veteran needs a successor. Compare current power for an immediate deployment, and potential and talents for someone you plan to train.
